Refund Policy

Delino is a sole-proprietor business based in the Republic of Korea. Contact support@delino.io for product and billing support. Payments are not open yet; this policy describes how refunds will be handled when DevBase purchases become available.

Purchases through Paddle

Paddle is the merchant of record for DevBase purchases. Refunds are handled under the Paddle Refund Policy, the Paddle Buyer Terms, and applicable consumer law. Delino does not provide an additional unconditional money-back guarantee. Nothing here limits mandatory withdrawal, cancellation, or refund rights, or any greater protection applicable to your purchase.

Requesting a refund

Use the support link in your Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support and select the refund option. You can also contact us at support@delino.io for help identifying the purchase or resolving a product problem. Include the transaction or receipt identifier and a description of the issue; do not send full card details, passwords, or API keys.

Paddle determines eligibility under its policy and applicable law, including any statutory deadline. Its discretionary refund process is assessed case by case; requesting a refund does not by itself guarantee approval. For a defective or misdescribed service, contact us so we can investigate and help resolve the issue. You may also seek the remedies available through Paddle or applicable law.

Usage balance and approved refunds

DevBase top-ups are one-time purchases of USD usage balance, not subscriptions. Purchased balance does not expire. Usage and consumption may be relevant to a refund assessment, but do not remove mandatory consumer rights.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle. The corresponding amount is reversed in the workspace's balance; already recorded usage remains in its history. If a reversal leaves a negative balance, new paid work is blocked until the billing issue is resolved. Do not make another purchase solely to submit a refund request.
