Who we are and what these terms cover
Delino is a sole-proprietor business based in the Republic of Korea. These terms cover the Delino website and DevBase services provided by Delino. Contact us at support@delino.io about the service or these terms.
By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you act for an organization, you must have authority to accept them for that organization. You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement under the laws that apply to you.
Service availability
DevBase provides developer APIs, workspace access, jobs, artifacts, secrets, and webhooks. Availability depends on the features actually enabled for your workspace. Our documentation may describe features still in development; it does not by itself mean a production feature is available.
Payments are not open yet, and the initial production catalog has no paid operations. Published top-up amounts describe planned purchase options. Paid operations and their unit prices must be available before purchases open. AutoMCP is under development and is not included in DevBase purchases.
Accounts and workspace permissions
Keep your account and API credentials secure. You are responsible for activity you authorize, the people you add to a workspace, and permissions you grant. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized access. Workspace roles determine which data and billing actions each member can access; signing in alone does not grant access to another workspace.
Acceptable use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and with permission to process the data you submit. Do not bypass access controls or billing, compromise another user's data, distribute malware, infringe others' rights, or overload or disrupt the service. Do not submit data where its processing would violate applicable law or another party's rights.
Your content and our software
You retain ownership of your submitted content. You permit us to process and store it as needed to provide, secure, and support the services you request. You are responsible for maintaining any independent copies you need and for ensuring that your instructions and data are lawful. Delino retains rights in its services and branding; separately distributed open-source components remain subject to their respective licenses.
Prices and payments
Our pricing page explains USD purchase amounts and availability. Eligible operations deduct their disclosed, verified usage charge from your workspace balance. Purchased balance does not expire and is not a subscription. Automatic top-up, when available, requires a workspace owner's separate opt-in. Price changes apply prospectively; they do not recalculate recorded charges.
Paddle is the merchant of record for purchases and handles checkout, applicable taxes, payment processing, and payment-related refunds. Purchases are also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Privacy and retention
Our Privacy Policy explains the data we process and your choices. DevBase files, job history, and audit records have different retention periods. Download artifacts you need to retain before they expire. Account closure may not immediately remove records needed to settle payments, resolve disputes, protect the service, or meet legal obligations.
Changes, suspension, and ending use
We may change the service and may restrict access to address a security issue, unlawful use, unpaid charges, or a material breach of these terms. Where practicable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us. You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Ending access does not remove accrued payment obligations or refund rights.
Responsibility
Development and preview features may change or be unavailable. We do not promise uninterrupted service, suitability for every use case, or a contractual uptime guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory rights relating to defective or misdescribed services.
Applicable law and updates
These service terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, subject to mandatory protections and courts available to you under applicable law. Paddle's purchase terms govern your transaction with Paddle. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve a service concern.
We will publish changes with an updated date and provide additional notice where required. Changes do not retroactively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.
